Happy October, everyone! Did you know that October is World Menopause Month, designated by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Menopause Society? It’s a month dedicated to raising awareness about this important stage in a woman’s life. Menopause may be a natural transition, but it often comes with its own set of challenges, so understanding what happens before, during, and after menopause is key to navigating it smoothly.
World Menopause Month was created to provide a spotlight on menopause and offer women the information and support they need during this time of change. Whether you’re already experiencing symptoms, preparing for menopause, or simply curious, this month is all about you and ensuring you have the tools to thrive!
